Spicy Black Pepper Beef

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
  2. Add 2 tsp.
  3. oil to nonstick wok or large nonstick skillet; heat on medium-high heat.
  4. Add meat, stir-fry 3 to 4 min.
  5. or until done.
  6. Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.
  7. Heat remaining oil in wok.
  8. Add onions, red peppers, garlic and ginger; stir-fry 5 min.
  9. or until crisp-tender.
  10. Add dressing mixture; stir-fry 1 min.
  11. or until heated through.
  12. Stir in spinach and meat; cook 1 to 2 min.
  13. or just until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.
