Spicy Black Pepper Beef
- 1/3 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil, divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) beef grilling steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
- 2 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
- Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
- Add 2 tsp.
- oil to nonstick wok or large nonstick skillet; heat on medium-high heat.
- Add meat, stir-fry 3 to 4 min.
- or until done.
- Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.
- Heat remaining oil in wok.
- Add onions, red peppers, garlic and ginger; stir-fry 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add dressing mixture; stir-fry 1 min.
- or until heated through.
- Stir in spinach and meat; cook 1 to 2 min.
- or just until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.
