Uncle John's Sour Cream Biscuits Recipe

  1. Blend all dry ingredients.
  2. Add in and blend lowfat sour cream.
  3. Add in the lowfat milk, stirring well to make a soft dough.
  4. Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead gently.
  5. Roll with a rolling pin or possibly pat to a 1/2 or possibly 3/4 inch thickness.
  6. Cut with biscuit cutter.
  7. Place on a lightly greased or possibly oiled baking sheet.
  8. Bake in a 450 degree preheated oven for 10 min.
  9. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  10. Serve immediately.
