Prawns in Ginger Sauce

  1. Mix together the sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Peel the prawns and discard the shells.
  3. Combine them with salt, cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil.
  4. Heat a wok or large skillet, then add the peanut oil, prawns, and ginger.
  5. Stir-fry the mixture for 30 seconds.
  6. Then add the sauce ingredients and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve at once.
