Beet Cake Recipe

  1. Stir dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix oil and beets together and add in to dry ingredients.
  3. Add in Large eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  4. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 325 degrees till toothpick in center comes out clean, about 30-35 min.
  5. Frost with a simple butter cream or possibly cream cheese frosting.
