Easy Hamburger Stroganoff Recipe
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushroom stems & pcs, liquid removed
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 2 or possibly 3 c. warm cooked egg noodles
- Brown hamburger and onion in large skillet.
- Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
- Cook, stirring constantly 5 min.
- Add in ketchup and bouillon.
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat.
- Simmer, uncovered 10 min.
- Stir in lowfat sour cream; heat through.
- Serve over warm noodles.
