PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Strawberry Layer Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
  4. Remove 1 cup of the batter.
  5. Add preserves and food coloring; stir until well blended.
  6. Pour into crust; cover with the remaining plain batter.
  7. Bake 40 min.
  8. or until center is almost set.
  9. Cool.
  10. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
  11. Top with the whipped topping and strawberries just before serving.
  12. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
