Three-Cheese Zucchini Quiche (Rapid Fat Loss)

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Shred the zucchini, either by hand with a grater or with a food processor.
  3. Mix the cheeses into the zucchini.
  4. Add seasonings and mix.
  5. Measurements above are guesses, I didn't measure mine, so use your judgement.
  6. Stir in egg substitute.
  7. Lightly coat pie pan or small baking dish with cooking spray.
  8. Pour mixture into pan.
  9. Bake for about 30 minutes, until set in the center and lightly browned on top.
