Roasted Green Beans

  1. Heat oven to 375F In a large bowl, combine green beans, oil and salt.
  2. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread out beans in a single layer on 2 jelly roll pans or shallow baking pans.
  4. Roast beans 20 minutes, until lightly browned and crisp-tender.
  5. Flip beans halfway through cooking time for even browning.
