Char-Grilled Squash With Jerk Honey Rum Glaze

  1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil.
  2. Add the squash slices and when water returns to rolling boil, drain.
  3. Arrange in a single layer on a tea towel and pat dry.
  4. Grill over medium-hot coals, brushing with glaze and turning once until lightly charred, about 3 minutes per side.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve hot.
