Creamy Rice & Broccoli Soup

  1. Cook and stir carrots, celery and onions in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat 5 min.
  2. Add water, bouillon and pepper; stir.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Stir in broccoli and rice; simmer on medium-low heat 15 to 20 min.
  5. or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.
  6. Add soup, in batches, to blender or food processor; blend until smooth.
  7. Return to saucepan.
  8. Stir in milk, sour cream and cheese; cook 3 to 5 min.
  9. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
