Salsa Scramble

  1. Beat eggs and cumin in small microwaveable bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) 1-1/2 min.
  3. or until egg mixture is almost set, stirring every 30 sec.
  4. Cover.
  5. Let stand 30 sec.
  6. Spoon evenly onto muffin halves.
  7. Top evenly with Singles, salsa and tomatoes.
