Ricotta With Coffee (Ricotta Al Caffe)

• 16 ounces ricotta cheese
• 2 tablespoons fine ground coffee
• 12 cup sugar
• 13 cup rum

1. Beat ricotta until light and press through a fine sieve.
2. Add the coffee and sugar and mix well.
3. Add the rum and blend thoroughly.Pour into a serving dish and chill for several hours.
