Chicken Baked In Cream Recipe

  1. Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Brown.
  3. In saucepan combine soup mix and lowfat sour cream; stir in lowfat milk and beat with rotary beater.
  4. Heat, but Don't BOIL!
  5. Place chicken in casserole, pour in sauce.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min.
