Chicken Baked In Cream Recipe
- 2 1/2 - 3 lbs. fryer chicken, cut up
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 tbsp. Lipton onion soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper.
- Brown.
- In saucepan combine soup mix and lowfat sour cream; stir in lowfat milk and beat with rotary beater.
- Heat, but Don't BOIL!
- Place chicken in casserole, pour in sauce.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min.
