Easy Cherries Jubilee Recipe

  1. Prepare pastry shells according to package directions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pie filling and water.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat brandy till warm.
  4. Ignite and pour over filling.
  5. Stir till flame goes out.
  6. Spoon ice cream into pastry shells and top with hot sauce.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
