Bistro Beef & Jack Sandwich
- 1 small red onion, sliced, separated into rings
- 4 tsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices multi-grain bread, toasted
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo Homestyle Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup loosely packed baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 lb. sliced roast beef
- 2 KRAFT Big Slice Colby Jack Cheese Slices
- Combine onions and 1 Tbsp.
- dressing; let stand 10 min.
- Meanwhile, cook mushrooms in remaining dressing in skillet on medium-high heat 10 min.
- or until tender.
- Spread toast slices with mayo, then mustard.
- Fill with spinach, onions, meat, mushrooms and cheese to make 2 sandwiches.
