Smoked Turkey Salad Florentine
- 2 qt. KRAFT Golden Italian Dressing
- 2 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. dried thyme leaves
- 6 gal. fresh spinach leaves, torn
- - mesquite-smoked turkey breasts, julienned
- 2 qt. tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups carrots, peeled, shredded Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 qt. KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Full Moisture
- Beat dressing, mustard and thyme with whisk until blended; cover.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Toss spinach with turkey, tomatoes and carrots.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Place 2 cups salad on serving plate; top with 3 Tbsp.
- of the dressing mixture and about 1 Tbsp.
