Smoked Turkey Salad Florentine

  1. Beat dressing, mustard and thyme with whisk until blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Toss spinach with turkey, tomatoes and carrots.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. For each serving: Place 2 cups salad on serving plate; top with 3 Tbsp.
  6. of the dressing mixture and about 1 Tbsp.
  7. of the cheese.
