Banana Tiramisu

  1. Whip cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add mascarpone and 1/2 cup sugar.
  3. Gently fold together.
  4. Put to one side.
  5. Dissolve 1/4 cup sugar in the hot coffee.
  6. Add to Kahlua, set aside to cool.
  7. Dip biscuits into the liqueur mixture and layer over the base of 13x9-inch casserole dish.
  8. Next put a layer of the cream mixture over biscuits.
  9. Now spread half of the bananas over the cream filling.
  10. Repeat the process again.
  11. This should fill the tray to the top.
  12. Place a final layer of the cream on top.
  13. Sprinkle a thick layer of drinking chocolate over top.
  14. Place in refrigerator for a few hours.
