Creamy Banana Jam in 5 Minutes!
- 300 grams Banana
- 100 grams Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Vanilla oil (or vanilla essence)
- Cut the banana into 5 mm thick pieces and mix in the 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
- Combine the water and sugar and cook over low heat.
- Once the sugar has melted, add the banana mixture and vanilla oil.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and boil for 5 minutes while stirring.
- Then, it's ready!
- If you plan to store this for a while, put it into a sterilized jar and then freeze it.
- You can mix it with yogurt or you can add it to muffin batter to make banana muffins.
