Pot Roast Dinner Recipe
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr Or possibly
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- Dash salt
- Dash black pepper
- 3 whole onions
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers
- 2 pound pot roast
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Place meat in center of roasting pan.
- Place onions, carrots, and potatoes around meat.
- Add in spices.
- Spread tomato paste over meat.
- Add in water till surface of meat is just about covered.
- Place pan in 400 degree oven for 1-2 hrs for desired consistency of vegetables and meat (rare - well done).
