Spinach & Artichoke Dip

• 9 oz chopped spinach
• 1 oz cocktail artichokes
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chobani plain 0 fat greek yogurt
• 1 pinch salt

1. Mix ingredients, heat & serve
