Vickys Apricot Glazed Pork

  1. Season each side of the pork steaks with salt & pepper
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown off the steaks, around 3 minutes each side
  3. Remove the pork from the pan and add in the jam, juices and allspice
  4. Bring to a simmer and thicken
  5. Put the pork back in and coat each side with the glaze.
  6. Heat through for a couple of minutes
  7. Serve with rice and vegetables and pour some more glaze over the pork
