Sesame Soy Halibut

  1. With whisk, mix together soy sauce, tahini, brown sugar, peanut oil, vinegar, red pepper and sesame oil until well combined. Gently warm in small saucepan.
  2. Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
  3. Drain.
  4. Toss with green onion and 1/2 cup sesame soy sauce.
  5. Keep warm.
  6. Bring 3 cups water and lemon juice to boil in large skillet.
  7. Add halibut.
  8. Lower heat.
  9. Simmer, covered, until halibut flakes when tested with a fork.
  10. Gently remove halibut and drain.
  11. Divide halibut and pasta onto 4 dinner plates.
  12. Drizzle with remaining sesame soy sauce.
  13. Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seed.
