Miniature Cupcakes

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt; mix well. Blend in chocolate chips; set aside.
  2. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt.
  3. Stir in water, oil and vanilla.
  4. Line miniature cupcake pans with paper liners.
  5. Fill each cup 1/3 full with cocoa mixture; top with 1 teaspoon cheese mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with ground nuts or chocolate shot, if desired.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
