Spicy Shrimp Dip
- 1 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled, and deveined
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 4 scallions (green onion), chopped fine
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1 tbsp. Tony's Creole Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- Boil peeled and deveined shrimp just until cooked.
- Chop into small pieces.
- Fold shrimp, scallions, jalapenos, garlic, seasoning and lemon juice into softened cream cheese.
- Let mixture stand overnight for flavors to blend.
- Serve with your choice of crackers.
