Crab Delight

  1. Bone and flake the crabmeat.
  2. Combine with green pepper and pimento.
  3. Blend together the 1/4 cup salad dressing, egg yolks, onion juice, onion and seasonings.
  4. Add to the crabmeat mixture; toss until well mixed.
  5. Pack into 6 custard cups and unmold into casserole.
  6. Top each with 1 tablespoon of salad dressing; sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake in a 400u0b0 oven for 25 minutes, or until bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
