Mile-High Cheese Sandwich
- 8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 1/2 cups KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 8 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Singles, divided
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 2 medium red peppers, halved and cored
- 2 cups alfalfa sprouts
- 4 medium apples
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Spread each slice of bread with 1 Tbsp.
- mayonnaise.
- Top 4 of the bread slices with 1 slice of 2% Milk Singles each.
- Pack in as many cucumbers on the next layer as you can; top with a 2nd slice of 2% Milk Singles.
- Place half a red pepper on the next layer.
- Top with alfalfa sprouts, and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
- Complement meal with 1 apple per person, and crunch on whatever vegetables didn't fit into your sandwich.
- Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of milk per person.
