Mile-High Cheese Sandwich

  1. Spread each slice of bread with 1 Tbsp.
  2. mayonnaise.
  3. Top 4 of the bread slices with 1 slice of 2% Milk Singles each.
  4. Pack in as many cucumbers on the next layer as you can; top with a 2nd slice of 2% Milk Singles.
  5. Place half a red pepper on the next layer.
  6. Top with alfalfa sprouts, and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
  7. Complement meal with 1 apple per person, and crunch on whatever vegetables didn't fit into your sandwich.
  8. Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of milk per person.
