Sauteed Bitter Melon (Ginisang Ampalaya)
- 2 large Bitter Melon (Ampalaya)
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 kg Ground Pork
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomatoes
- 1 Pepper and Salt
- 1/2 envelope Maggie Magic Sarap
- 1 Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup Water
- Put minimal amount of Vegetable Oil in pan until ready to sautee
- Sautee the onions
- After 1 min, add the tomatoes
- After a minute, add the ground pork.
- Cover the pan till ground pork is golden brown.
- Add Ampalaya (Bitter Melon)
- Add water
- Cover until water dissolves
- Beat eggs and add in pan.
- Add Maggie Magic Sarap, salt and pepper to taste.
