Chocolate-Chip Cake
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 (18 1/4 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.4 oz.) box vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Heat oven to 325u0b0.
- Coat 10-inch Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix together cinnamon, sugars and cocoa in small bowl; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, sour cream, milk and oil; beat for 10 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour into prepared pan, alternating cake batter and sugar mixture.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Yield: 12 servings.
