Quick Creamy Corn
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1/2 cup each finely chopped green and red peppers
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
- 1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Microwave butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
- or until melted.
- Stir in peppers.
- Microwave 1 to 2 min.
- or until heated through.
- Stir in corn.
- Microwave 3 to 4 min.
- or until heated through, stirring after 2 min.
- Add cream cheese spread; stir until melted.
- Stir in Parmesan.
