Aunt Kathys Chicken Spaghetti
- 3 slices Chopped Bacon
- 1/2 cups Choppen Onion
- 2 cloves Chopped Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 can Ro*tel Tomatoes (10 Ounce Can)
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Or Colby Cheese
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken (I Use A Rotisserie Chicken)
- 8 ounces, weight Cooked Spaghetti
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

- Preheat oven to 350F.

- Cook bacon, onion, and garlic together over medium heat until bacon is brown.
- 3.
- Blend in flour.
- 4.
- Add milk, Rotel tomatoes, and mushroom soup.
- Cook until it bubbles.
- 5.
- Add cheddar cheese and let it melt into the mixture.
- 6.
- Add chicken, cooked spaghetti, and Parmesan cheese.
- 7.
- Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
