Banana Tropicale

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Coat the mead with the mix, spiced as you like.
  3. Arrange in a single layer in and baking dish.
  4. In a medium skillet, melt the butter add sugar, stirring constantly until melted.
  5. Stir orange juice and rum into cornstarch and whisk together.
  6. Gradually add to sugar mixture.
  7. Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly until sauce is thick and clear, about 3 minutes.
  8. Add banans and cook until heated through, about 1 minute.
  9. Place meat on serving plate and pour banana sauce over it.
  10. Serve.
