New Potatoes and Pork Offcuts with Miso

  1. Wrap the potatoes in paper towels or tissues, put them in a plastic bag, then microwave until tender.
  2. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Saute the pork, then once they brown, add sake (not listed above).
  4. Add the potatoes and green beans, then the ingredients, and simmer.
  5. Season with doubanjiang to taste.
