Almost Crab Cakes
- 2 cups zucchini, peeled and shredded
- 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 egg
- Allow zucchini to rest in colandar so excess juice will drain off.
- Combine with remaining ingredients and form into patties.
- Fry in oil over medium heat, browning on one side, then turn to brown on the other side.
