Chicken and Wild Mushroom Stew

  1. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch, water, salt, pepper and spaghetti, in slow cooker; cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours.
  2. Stir in combined cornstarch and water, stirring 2-3 minutes.
  3. Discard bay leaf; season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve over spaghetti.
