OREO-White Chocolate Irish Cream Pots de Creme

  1. Whisk first 3 ingredients in saucepan until blended; cook on medium-low heat 8 to 12 min.
  2. or until thickened to custard-like consistency (160 degrees F), stirring constantly.
  3. Pour over combined chopped chocolate and liqueur in bowl; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Stir in chopped cookies.
  5. Spoon into 6 (85-mL) dessert cups.
  6. Cool 15 min.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  8. Top each with mini Oreo just before serving.
