Clam Bacon and Chive Dip

  1. In skillet, cook bacon until browned and crisp.
  2. Drain on paper towels.
  3. In bowl, using a fork, mix cream cheese, clam juice, 1 teaspoon lime juice, and Worcestershire sauce until just blended.
  4. Stir in clams, chives and red pepper and just enough sour cream to reach dipping consistency.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Stir in bacon.
  7. Add remaining lime juice, if desired.
