Shrimp Marsala

  1. Sprinkle the flour over the shrimp, shaking off the excess.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat, swirling to coat the bottom.
  3. Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes.
  4. Turn over.
  5. Stir in the mushrooms and marsala.
  6. Increase the heat to high and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened to a consistency almost like melted caramels, stirring occasionally.
  7. Sprinkle with the parsley.
