20-Minute BBQ Pork Chop & Stuffing Skillet

  1. Cook and stir onions and peppers in 1 Tbsp.
  2. hot oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Remove from skillet.
  5. Add remaining oil and chops to skillet; cook 4 to 5 min.
  6. on each side or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
  7. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  8. Spoon vegetable mixture over chops; top with barbecue sauce.
  9. Cover; simmer on low heat until 3 min.
  10. or sauce is heated through.
  11. Sprinkle with green onions.
  12. Serve with stuffing.
