Avocado Omelette ( Diet Lunch )

  1. with melt butter quick saute onion and mushroom
  2. lightly beaten eggs with a dash of salt then once its egg white almost set add dash of pepper
  3. add dice avocado then gently fold over and serve
  4. top thinly sliced parmesan cheese
