Diet Friendly Agar Cake with Tofu, Brown Sugar & Kinako

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend.
  3. Once blended, pour the batter into a cake tin and bake for 30 minutes at 180C.
  4. Cool the cake within the tin.
  5. When it has cooled, transfer it to the fridge and leave it to chill.
  6. I baked my cake in a glass tart dish.
  7. If you chill it well, it will come out of the tin smoothly.
