Diet Friendly Agar Cake with Tofu, Brown Sugar & Kinako
- 1 block Tofu (silken)
- 50 grams Brown sugar
- 30 grams Kinako
- 30 grams Skim milk powder
- 10 grams Honey
- 4 grams Powdered kanten
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend.
- Once blended, pour the batter into a cake tin and bake for 30 minutes at 180C.
- Cool the cake within the tin.
- When it has cooled, transfer it to the fridge and leave it to chill.
- I baked my cake in a glass tart dish.
- If you chill it well, it will come out of the tin smoothly.
