Asparagus And Prosciutto Recipe
- 2 lb asparagus (optional: half green/half white
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 lb prosciutto minced Grated ricotta salada
- Bring large pot of water to a boil and add in salt.
- Add in asparagus and cook uncovered till knife is easily inserted.
- Then drain asparagus.
- In a large skillet heat butter and oil.
- Add in prosciutto and fry till it begins to crisp.
- Add in asparagus and heat through.
- Transfer asparagus and prosciutto to serving platter and sprinkle with cheese.
