Garlic Rosemary Grilled Steak

  1. Score steaks in diamond pattern on both sides.
  2. Mix rosemary, garlic, oil, zest, black pepper and salt; rub into steaks.
  3. Let meat rest for 30 minutes afterwards before cooking.
  4. Grill steaks to desired doneness.
  5. Rest steaks for another 5-7 minutes before slicing and serving.
