Lasagne

  1. Cook ground meat and mushrooms; drain on paper towel.
  2. Return to skillet and add tomato sauce.
  3. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Lightly oil a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  5. Arrange ingredients in layers as follows: noodles, meat sauce, cheese mixture and Mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
  7. Makes 8 servings.
  8. One-thousand calorie recipe.
