Home-Made Delicious Granola
- 3 cup Pecans
- 42 oz Old Fashioned Oats
- 3 cup Almonds
- 1 cup Sunflower Seeds Kernals
- 3 cup Walnuts
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 cup Molasses
- 1 cup Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tbsp All Spice
- 1/4 cup B.B. coniact, Liqueur
- PRE HEAT OVEN TO 400
- MIX ALL DRY INGEDIENTS
- In a sauce pan combine oil, sugar, honey, molasses, and seasoning, and liquor.
- Over medium high heat string occasionally till begans to bubble around the edge of pan THEN STIR IN VANILLA.
- Let cook for 1 minute stirring constantly
- Remove from heat and pour liquid mixture over dry mixture coat dry mix well.
- Spread on to prepared baking sheets.
- And place in oven.
- REMOVE FROM OVEN EVERY FIVE TO TEN MINUTES TO STIR AND PLACE BACK INTO OVEN FOR A TOTAL OF 25 MINUTES.
- IF YOU SEE THE GRANOLA GETTING DARKER OR BROWN QUICKLY.
- EITHER ADJUST YOUR TEMP OR REMOVE FROM OVEN TO COOL.
- Cooking is preferable.

- And this makes a very large amount.
- Store in freezer bags and use to top off my chicken salad recipe, use with a pudding parfait.
- Put a little on some oatmeal.
- Or just eat plain.
- Also a great idea for gift giving.
- Pour desired amount in a mason jar or paper bag with a cute note.
