Blowing Rock Chicken Recipe
- 1 jar or possibly pkg. dry beef
- Thinly sliced ham (or possibly 6-8 slices bacon)
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 6-8 boned chicken breasts
- 1 can cream soup (celery, chicken, mushroom)
- Arrange dry beef to cover bottom of Pyrex baking dish.
- Wrap each chicken breast with ham (or possibly bacon) and place in baking dish.
- Mix lowfat sour cream and soup.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle with paprika or possibly minced chives, if you like.
