Sweet Sour Pork
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 pound pork shoulder, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. sliced green onion
- 1/2 c. chunked green bell pepper
- 1/4 c. plum jam
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, can substitute green bell pepper
- 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes, diced any flavor, (I prefer garlic and onion or Italian Flavor)
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 3 eggs
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
- Mix thoroughly. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, in glass bread pan coated with cooking spray.
