Turkey Meatballs And Spaghetti Recipe
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley, fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. fat skimmed turkey broth
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 1 c. peeled, minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 pound spaghetti
- Combine turkey, parsley, basil, salt and pepper.
- Form into meatballs and cook till browned.
- Combine remaining ingredients except spaghetti.
- Heat to boiling.
- Add in meatballs; cover and simmer about 40 to 50 min.
- Uncover, simmer till sauce is gravy thick.
- Meanwhile cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Makes about 6 servings (490 calories each).
