Beef Noodle Casserole
- 1 1/2 lb. beef, sliced very thin
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 12 oz. pkg. uncooked noodles
- Marinate beef in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
- Let set for 1 hour.
- Drain marinade and save.
- Put the meat in a large pan on stove.
- Add garlic powder, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper. Sprinkle flour and vegetable oil over meat.
- Cook on high for 10 minutes.
- Then add onions, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup and water.
- Mix, then pour over meat.
- Add peas.
- Add uncooked noodles.
- Add the marinade you saved.
- Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
