Treasures of the Sea Casserole
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons cream sherry
- 12 lb raw shrimp
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 lb crabmeat or 12 lb sea leg
- 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 14 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- Mix together all ingredients and bake in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, uncovered, at 375 for 40 minutes.
