Eggfree Sugarfree Pancakes (Healthy)

  1. In a big bowl combine flours, flax seeds, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
  2. In a second bowl combine buttermilk, applesauce, water and vanilla extract.
  3. Using a wire whisk combine dry and wet ingredients making sure to incorporate a lot of air into the batter.
  4. Allow dough to rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat a non-stick frying pan or griddle and cook pancakes one at a time like you normally would.
  6. Turn pancake when bubbles form on top.
  7. Each side should be golden brown.
  8. Enjoy with your favourite toppings.
